Tired of a messy tupperware cabinet?
Then I have 2 quick and easy steps to help you tame it!
1) Go through you containers every 3 months or so. Match up all lids to the bowls and anything leftover get rid of. That's right any loners, toss them in the recycling bin!
2) This seems silly to say but I know I am guilty of it too. Find one type of container and stick with it! Circle or square doesn't matter but find the shape you like best and buy only that. Now feel free to buy every size but stick with the same shape and style (plain, interlocking lids, etc). This way they will all stack in one or 2 piles and you won't have an avalanche the next time you open that cabinet.
Now you certainly don't have to go through and throw away all the unwanted ones right away. Just phase them out as they get lost or worn and when you buy replacements buy only the shape/style you chose to make all of them.
