Free Your Mind Fridays

So this is an original feature just launched by Alexis over at the Well Read Mom. 

Basically it's a place to free your mind.  Easy enough!  Since this is a place to ramble about what's floating around in my brain most of it will not have to do with cooking  *gasp* but alas that is the great thing about this... it doesn't have to be!

So here goes...

• The DH wants to have a yard sale tomorrow, decided this on Tuesday, and has yet to do or say anything else about it. Happening? I think not.
  
  
• We will should finally know today whether we will be temporarily moving our entire family to San Diego for a month! I have yet to mention this much or post about it because didn't know for sure if we would actually be going.
  
  
• Kicker to the above mentioned San Diego trip...we'd be leaving May 27th or 28th!! I know, nothing like waiting till the last minute. That's the Navy for ya.
  
  
• We are leaving next Saturday to go on a cruise and I am THRILLED!!! Oh and did I mention it's a kid free endeavor?! Yep that's right just the DH, me, and the deep blue sea :)
  
  
• Another kicker to the potential San Diego endeavor, we would leave 5 days after we return from the cruise! Nothing can be easy.
  
  
• Can you tell I've been thinking about San Diego a lot? I will be so happy when we have a definite answer and can make lodging plans...or not.
  
  
• It really irks me that many people push organic milk like they own the company or something HOWEVER still buy normal cheese, yogurt and sour cream. Seriously people what do you think they use to make those?!
   
• I am super proud of myself this week. Wednesday I ran 3.25 3.75 miles!!  (Since when did 1.25 x 3= 3.25?) And that was with my legs yelling at me for running almost 3 on Monday and doing a double header at the gym Tuesday. I don't know if I cracked the secret running code or just passed a threshold but I'm happy!
  
  
• I think I'm going to go bathing suit shopping this weekend. Enough said.
