Turns out she was safe, I was not! This is what happened when I decided to leave her in her room while I unloaded the dishwasher. It's nearly impossible to unload it while she is up since she likes to climb in. I figured I was a genius and just found an easy solution to the problem. Once again, I was wrong! She managed to throw every single toy AND the entire contents of her dresser out into the hallway.
